The first step in order to use the Cancer Support service is to register with your e-mail and a sufficiently secure password. Subsequently, every time you submit information about your patient experience via a questionnaire, a new set of materials will be made available to you. You will be getting notified via e-mail when there is a new set of materials available, or when there is a new questionnaire to fill in.
The material you will receive will always be available to you on your personal and private Timeline. The Timeline will consist of your next steps, presented at the top, and your history, presented below it.
The service will be sending you email messages that will contain more details regarding any specific instructions to follow based on the questionnaires you are responding to.
If you forget your password, you will be able to request for a new one to be issued, by clicking on the corresponding button on the login page. More specifically, you will be able to provide your e-mail that you registered with, where you will receive within a few minutes an e-mail with a specific link. Clicking on the link will take you to a dedicated web page where you will be able to enter your new password. After that you will be able to use your e-mail and your new password to log in to the platform. The Cancer Support service is available via any connected device, for example a laptop, a desktop computer, a tablet, and of course a mobile phone. No special equipment is required to register or use the service.
